Street workout is basically physical exercise done mostly on the street or public places. In its original form it was a popular workout movement in Russia, Egypt, Israel, Morocco, Eastern Europe, the United States and other countries.

The goal of this exercise was to build strength, stamina, endurance, and flexibility. Today it has become more of a hobby than a fitness regime.

With the evolution of technology, some of these street workouts have turned into full body gyms with machines like weight stacks, medicine balls, resistance straps, leg curls, lat pull-downs, squats, etc.

Some of these machines are so advanced that they allow you to do pull-ups, bent-over rows, chin ups, squats, overhead press, rowing exercises and many more.

If you do not want to spend a fortune then a good alternative would be to invest in a kettle bell. You can buy one for less than $200 at most sports equipment stores.

Recently a lot of amateur athletes have made videos about their street workout routines and posted them on YouTube.

These amateur athletes use a unique marketing strategy to promote themselves. In fact, not long ago I saw a commercial on YouTube about a young man who was able to bench press 500 pounds.

He made the video public and advertised his home gym, which had a bunch of different bars and weights.

What I found interesting was that not only did he have all these fitness machines at home, he advertised that his family was big on fitness and had even sought out professional trainers to help them get in shape.

So needless to say, he needed to create a YouTube channel to promote his business and make money from memberships to his gym.

Then he put videos of his workouts on YouTube and asked anyone who was interested to subscribe to his YouTube page.

He actually set up a YouTube channel with videos of his calisthenics workouts and then invited anyone who wanted to watch his videos to join his subscribers.

He actually asked me to make some videos because he is such a great speaker and motivator.

He actually set up some very simple questions for his subscribers before he started promoting his home gym.

He wanted to know exactly what his subscribers wanted him to accomplish and what his goals were. I recommend that you make your own questions before you start promoting any kind of business opportunity.

Slowly lower yourself until your thighs are about chest level. explosively pull your legs back like you are throwing a football. Do as many reps as you can.
